BBB Page: They score an F, no surprise
Prestige Services in Colorado Springs is a SCAM!!
They are scamming people on Groupon and Living Social. It doesn't matter what kind of deal you get, with results like this, you are being ripped off.
DO NOT contract them for service without EVERYTHING they tell you being written down! The techs will come to your house for a free estimate and tell you they guarentee all their work, but it is not listed on the invoice. They are "YES MEN" that will say whatever they need for you to accept their estimate, even if they don't want to do the job. The invoice says completely the opposite!

Let's break that down.
"perform work as laid out in this work order to best of their abilities and to industry standards."
Sooo.. if they don't have the ability to do a good job.. you, as the customer, accept that.
"Furthermore customer agrees to not hold Prestige Services liable for any damages or unforeseen outcomes."
I love this one.. It basically says that if they break anything during the process of providing a service, you are out of luck. Not to mention that if the service they provide causes your ducts to rust. Or heck, they tear up a section of your carpet.. Not their problem.
"We offer a 3 day return policy."
Another good one. For a service provider, what can a customer return in 3 days? Not to mention, in our case, it took more than 3 days for them to call us back, even though we called them every day. I guess we missed the window.
"The signature of the customer constitutes acknowledgement of the contract and acceptance of the conditions stated above."
Basically, you are going to pay them to do a job. And even if it isn't done correctly, you will accept it.
Now, let's take a look at the quality of their service. These are pictures of our ducts after they flooded them with a chemical treatment. After they left, the air ducts still had puddles of water in them. We were told to leave the furnace circulating air to help dry up the ducts.

This is a paper towel after wiping out a section within reach of this vent. If this is what I can reach, can you imagine what the rest of the system looks like?
This is a picture inside one of the ducts. The white is a chemical powder left behind when the water evaporated.
This is inside of another duct. If you look at the pictures on their website, our pictures look more like the BEFORE than they do the AFTER!
